Salt Heir is the intersection of old and new, pleasure and purpose. Our unique luxury surfboards capture a personal affinity with art and craftsmanship.

Birthed in 2017, Salt Heir is the first solo project of Adelle Chang. Adelle brings together years of multidisciplinary creative direction and design, with the craftsmanship and skills of her father and shaper, Craig Bruce. Together they combine object design and art for a coastline aesthetic like no other. Craig has been hand-shaping surfboards on the Coal Coast for over 40 years. Craig brings bespoke, performance driven shapes to the collection, alongside the creative direction of his daughter Adelle.
